How long will it take to fulfill my order?

Each item is handmade and made to order, so please allow at least 5 business days for processing and production. We aim to ship orders out within 72 hours. However, this is not guaranteed. This is a one-person operation, so with a big shop update, please expect some delays. 

What is your refund + exchange policy?

All sales are FINAL. Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at projectkoom@gmail.com within 72 hours of the item being received. We'll try our best to help you.

What do I do if my package hasn't arrived?

Please check with your local post office first since they have a better idea of your package's whereabouts. 

If there are any problems with your address, USPS will return it to us, and we can fix the address and send it back to you as long as the shipping is paid for.

Order says delivered but I don't see it?

Please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors to see if they have your packages. Sometimes orders show up 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact USPS (1-800-275-8777) with the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email if you have any questions regarding a delayed/lost order.

I accidentally mis-typed my address! Help?

Please email us at projectkoom@gmail.com immediately! We can update your information if your order hasn't been shipped out already!

How should I care for my apparel?

For best results, we recommend turning your clothing inside out to hand wash or machine wash on cold setting, and then hang dry to preserve the designs and prevent any shrinkage. These recommendations will yield the best results. However, you may tumble dry on low heat if necessary. Shrinking in our shirts is extremely minimal and our designs should not fade due to the quality of our prints. Everything is made via small batch in house, because we value quality!
